God of All Comfort, in Your great mercy, receive our prayers and drive out all sickness and infirmity from Your servant’s body. Our times are in Your hands, and You alone are able to restore him/her to perfect health, and we humbly ask that You grant healing to Your servant. We are grateful that You take pleasure in Your people; please adorn Your afflicted servant with salvation. Hear us, we pray, for Your Name’s sake, Amen.
