Almighty and Everlasting God, we are distressed by how abusive our society has become. Words are wounding, eroding the soul, and killing the spirit. Forgive us for the language environment we create and maintain. Preserve goodness within us, we pray. May we join You in a reality free from corruption, darkness, and insincerity. May we walk in integrity, for Your Name’s sake. Amen.
