Lord, my Healer, I lie here looking at my ceiling, unable to sleep. My mind is searching for scriptures and promises to pray over. Lord, I don’t know what stands between me and sleep, but I know rest is crucial to my health. If there is something wrong in my body, I pray You would heal me. Lord, if I need to seek medical help, please give me peace to make that decision. Amen.
