Loving God, I come to You for Your help because my stress has exceeded my limits, and I feel that I will crumble. Your Word says that anxiety in the heart of a person causes depression, but a good word makes it glad. Lord, I am depressed, so I ask for a specific verse from Your Word to encourage me. Please lead me to someone to speak things over me and make my heart glad again. Amen.
