Attach prayer to something you already do
Try a minute after waking, a prayer before a meal, or a Psalm before bed. Choose a time that fits your life.
Keep the first goal small
Start with two or five minutes. Use a short Psalm, a sentence of thanks, and one request. More time is optional.
Make room for real life
Travel, care responsibilities, illness, and tiredness affect routines. Return kindly after a missed day. A streak is not a measure of your faith or worth.
Reflect, rather than score yourself
Ask, “What helped me turn toward God?” Adjust your rhythm. A private journal can help you notice themes without turning prayer into a competition.
