O Lord my God, thank you that you are my creator, you know me better than anyone else. I do not know what lies ahead of me but you hold the keys to the future. You have promised that if I delight myself in you, you will give me the desires of my heart. Protect me from evil, Lord. Guard my mind, my heart and my spirit. You hear the prayers of those who cry out to you in times of trouble. Hear my prayer for protection Lord, and may I rest in your powerful name. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
