King of Kings, Lord of Lords, thank you that you do not change, you remain the same from before the beginning of time into eternity. Pour your blessing on all your people, and especially on this child in their baptism today. May their heart ever praise you, may they find freedom and rest in you. May they know the peace that is found in doing your will. May your joy be in their heart, your grace be in their words, your love be in their hands and your peace be in their soul. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
